DETAILS OF BUSINESS BEING TRANSACTED BY THE CORPORATION

 We are   a statutory body established under an Act of Parliament in 1968.

   An organization to run effectively the revived textile mills under NTC Group of Companies.

   Rehabilitation and modernization  of the mills and their expansion wherever possible  with a view to make them    Economically viable.

   To undertake commercial operations, domestic as well as international i.e export.

  To undertake development activities through modernization of mills by itself and through
  Joint  venture route.

To manufacture yarn of various kinds i.e from coarser cloth to superfine cotton, Polyester, Acrylic and blended yarn.

To manufacture fabric of various kinds coarser cotton varieties to finer cottons, Pc suiting and shirting, Bed sheets, Towels etc.

Producing yarn up to readymade garments . and  creation of  brands for various categories like men, women kids, institutional etc with modernisation of its mills coming to a close in the year 2010. Presently Finlay and Entyce are the major brands of the company.
